Rates
Cash pay is a rate of $125.00 per 50-minute session.
Additional cash charges for administrative tasks (file review, copying, consultations with other service providers, etc).
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions when you call your insurance provider (the number is located on the back of your card):
Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
What is my deductible and has it been met?
Do I need to meet my deductible before I am able to pay a co-pay or reduced fee for my mental health sessions?
How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
Is pre-authorization required from my primary care physician?
Does my employer provide free EAP (Employee Assistance Program) sessions?
I am a network provider for the following insurance companies:

I am an in-network provider with Lyra Health. Please consult with your employer to verify the number of sessions covered by your insurance, as well as their late cancellation coverage. Clients needing services beyond the number of sessions covered by Lyra are welcome to continue by paying for services out of pocket.
Cancellation
I have a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you miss the appointment or cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged a $50 fee. For no-shows or last-minute cancellations, you will be charged a fee of $100 at the time of your scheduled appointment. Insurance plans will not pay for missed appointments or late cancellations. If you are using Lyra benefits, please note that Lyra does not always cover late cancellations, and you may be responsible for the full session fee out of pocket. Please consult with your employer or Lyra representative for further details.
A late cancellation fee may be waived, at my discretion, in case of a true emergency. Additionally, I waive the fee if we are able to reschedule your appointment within the same calendar week. Please reach out to me directly for my latest policy on the cancellation cutoff period and fees.
